About me

I have over 26 years experience as a qualified massage therapist, and blend nurturing, restorative massage with the Alexander Technique (qualified teacher). I am currently training in Hakomi, a gentle method of body psychotherapy.

I offer holistic massage therapy and natural, chemical free facial treatments. PLEASE NOTE I CAN NO LONGER OFFER DEEP TISSUE OR REMEDIAL MASSAGE.

Training, qualifications & experience

A member of the Massage Training Institute (MTI), Alexander Technique teacher after graduating from a three year, full time training course accredited by the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT).
