In my 17 years experience of working as a Health Kinesiologist I have discovered that symptoms are our bodies' way of trying to tell us that somewhere in our life we are on the wrong path/course! Our symptoms are telling us we need a change of course with how we are dealing with life issues & stressors and a physical change of course with our lifestyle and diet choices. 

Kinesiology is a healing system that seeks to strengthen the body against any given stress. This stress could be from an allergen, negative beliefs, negative thoughts & emotions, a trauma or disturbance in the energy system that is giving rise to symptoms within the body.
