There is everything from clinical treatments which can help to improve range and ease of movement as well as reduce muscular aches and pains to relaxing treatments which can help to reduce the symptoms of anxiety and stress, reduce fine lines and wrinkles or balance your energy

With a wide variety of treatments available such as; Aromatherapy Massage & Blending, Deep Tissue Massage, Ear Candles, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Reflexology Lymph Drainage, Remedial (Sports) Massage Therapy, Structural Rebalancing, Reiki, Swedish Body Massage & Story Massage.

I established Core Therapies in 2013 after spending several years as a mobile therapist and completing the Foundation Degree in Science in Complementary Healthcare.
