About me

Hi my name is Prim, I am a BTEC level- 5 Remedial Massage Therapist from the London School of Sports and Remedial Massage. I am fully insured and have working experience in London clinics and spa's working with dancers, actors, athletes, doctors, physios, yoga teachers and office workers.

Massage treatments:

  • Deep Tissue Massage for muscle aches and pain relief
  • Relaxing Swedish massage to de-stress the mind and relax the body
  • Sports Therapy Massage for muscle skeletal conditions, injury recovery and rehabilitation and postural advice.

I have experience helping with conditions and symptoms of:

  • knee pain
  • back and neck pain
  • hip & lower back
  • repetitive strain injuries and occupational conditions
  • soft tissue injuries
  • respiratory conditions/Asthma
  • stress relief
  • sciatica
  • arthritis

Sports and Remedial massage can benefit both athletes and non-athletes alike.

Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage

The Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage works to support the interests and development of those within the profession.

To join the ISRM as a member, applicants must have a BTEC Level 5 qualification or similar and must have valid insurance to practice. In addition to this members must also agree to adhere to the associations code of ethics and conduct and must also carry out continued professional development.
