About me

I approached Chinese medicine via Qigong, which I have been practicing with constant dedication for the last 15 years. Qigong has introduced me to Daoism and got me closer to the natural flow; the three years course in Chinese medicine has then provided a deeper understanding of the physiological and emotional dynamics of the human body. These are my main sources of research and daily practice.

When I treat, I look at the person as a whole, with a history and a present that manifest in physical and emotional traits and in the condition they are presenting with. For this reason, at the core of my treatments, I search for the root cause to be diagnosed and treated. I offer a holistic approach that considers health as the result of synergic factors, among which the daily habits have a great relevance; along with the clinic treatments, I provide food therapy, lifestyle support and exercise instructions to teach my patients an active role in promoting and maintaining health.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am qualified to provide Acupuncture, Tuina medical massage, Cupping and Moxibustion and I am registered with The Acupuncture Society. After the three years course at the Xian tian College (xiantiancollege.com) I have been studying food therapy at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (acupuncturecollege.org.uk) and I keep deepening my understanding by attending advanced training either in Chinese medicine (orientalmed.ac.uk) and Qigong (lotusneigong.com). I am also a qualified Qigong instructor with the College of Elemental Chi Kung (elementalchikung.com).

Therapies offered

Other available therapies

I also provide Tuina medical massage and Moxa, plus the following online services:

These sessions are studied either for coaching clients on regular basis by providing support from home along the ongoing clinic treatments, or as single sessions to introduce the public to basic daily actions to considerably improve the quality of their life and vitality, promoting health and preventing disease. These sessions are focused on food properties, diet indications, lifestyle habits and qigong exercises and tailored on the customers’ needs.

This is my project on women’s health and wellbeing, centred on menstrual cycle and menopause. Along the clinic treatments, I also run online programmes to provide women with a better understanding of the nature and the ways to harmonise their menstrual cycle, the years preceding menopause and menopause itself, by adopting more conscious lifestyles and implementing better diet and exercise. Overall, this is a journey approaching womanhood from an empowering perspective, very much in harmony with our body and nature.
