About me

I know that when you’re injured or in pain, you need someone to look at you as an individual, not just a collection of symptoms. That’s why I’ve spent years gaining specialist expertise to provide you an accurate diagnosis of your symptoms and a plan for you to take back control, not just a sheet of exercises or cracking your joints. Because each of us is different, I’ve built a portfolio of skills to enable us to both treat your symptoms in clinic and provide bespoke corrective exercise.
I have a special interest in sport and exercise injury/rehabilitation and have undergone postgraduate training in Sport and Exercise Medicine as well as strength and conditioning and Pilates instruction.
So, whether you’re suffering from injury, pain, postural problems or sports specific pains/niggles/performance issues and you want that individualised, comprehensive service - contact me today to ask if I could help you!

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Masters degree in Osteopathy (MOst) from the London School of Osteopathy and a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) in Sport and Exercise Medicine from the University of South Wales.  In addition, I have undertaken training in diagnostic MSK ultrasound, which I incorporate in my clinical diagnosis.
Additional training includes: ITEC Level 3 qualification in Sports Massage and qualifications in western accupuncture, Pilates instruction and strength and conditioning coaching. I have worked with many athletes of all disciplines, including UK Athletics young athletes, coaching and medical staff in the London area.
