About me

Hi I am Pamela I am a qualified and experienced therapist using EFT, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Mindfulness and Reiki. I am an accredited member of EFT and Mindfulness Centre, an accredited body.

I was an experienced adviser/coach in the Job Centre helping and advising people with physical and mental and emotional problems. I loved this job as I love giving advice, solving problems and helping people. I found it worrying and upsetting that there was very little help out there for people with mental and emotional problems. There was a lot of people suffering from anxiety and depression who were not getting any help.

Then I discovered EFT. I was already a Reiki Master and loved the way Reiki could help people emotionally and physically but when I discovered Emotional Freedom Technique ( a simple but very effective tapping technique) I was blown away how quickly and effectively my feelings and emotions could be changed releasing the negative and putting in the positive.

Learning EFT has changed my life and is part of my weekly routine and I know that I have changed the lives of others over the last 10 years.

I then trained in Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Coaching and I now combine therapies and coaching to help clients in many areas of life: lack of confidence, self -esteem, phobias, anxiety, eating problems and stopping smoking and more.

Many of our issues start in childhood and I specialize in helping release the memories and emotions that affected our inner child even though you may have forgotten what they are.
