About us

Optispine is a physiotherapy centre with a difference. Its vision is simple: a one-stop-shop for total back and joint care using the most advanced physiotherapy technology and techniques.

Run by a team of physiotherapists, sports therapists and health professionals, it provides a unique combination of therapies to achieve the best possible results.
Treatments include hands-on physiotherapy plus a whole raft of support therapies to stimulate repair and speed up recovery. Shockwave therapy, laser therapy, cryotherapy and magnet therapy are just some of the revolutionary treatments available.
The advanced H2O Physio hydrotherapy features an underwater treadmill, which until now was only available for elite athletes and premiership football teams. Ideal for rehabilitation and a wide range of conditions, this active therapy will help you to recover, restore and rebuild.

At Optispine, the aim is to provide long-term solutions, so there’s also an exciting choice of preventative therapies to help improve overall health and wellbeing. From Pilates to sports massage, Indian head massage to reflexology – there’s something for everyone.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
