About us

Training and living with undue pain and impairment is not sustainable and against our mission of healthy and longstanding performance.

Whatever your walk of life – that’s where One Performance UK’s world-class clinic can help.

Two in-house, high-end treatment rooms, bespoke built and private. A team of the UK’s finest clinical talent, state of the art equipment, and full access to OPUK’s 4000sqft performance facility.

Musculoskeletal / Sports Physiotherapy

Our Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Sports Physiotherapy Specialists utilise advanced methods to provide for each and every patient.

You will experience skills and techniques that elite athletes rely upon, such as ultrasound-guided dry needling, electro-acupuncture, manual therapy and evidence-based exercise programmes. Our primary focus is to rapidly improve your movement and reduce pain, enabling you to return quickly to your everyday activities, including training, whatever your background.

We are covered by all major healthcare providers.

If you are reading this because you are in pain or being held back with your performance, then allow us to provide the care and support you need to return to normal life in working and in training. With countless success stories returning patients back to full health, call us now to make an appointment with one of our experienced team members.

Soft Tissue Therapy / Sports Massage

Our Soft Tissue Therapy Specialists go way beyond sports massage.

They utilise advanced practice techniques such as dry needling, active release, instrument-assisted therapy, neuromuscular and exercise-based regimes to improve the capacity of your muscles, fascia and tendons to absorb mechanical load when training or working. Read as, you’ll find yourself with a new lease of life!

With decades of hands on (literally) experience, our soft tissue team is ready and waiting to nurture you on your way to maximum performance.

So if a new training routine or a stepped up programme is leaving you feeling stiff, fatigued and sore, or an age old niggle that you just can’t rehab is slowing you down, then get in touch now and bounce back to a stronger, pain free and more flexible you.
