About me

My name is Olivia and I hope you will see my passion for reflexology when you come. Reflexology may help you to relax and release tension, improve your sleep and generally your mood and wellbeing overall. Anecdotally, clients tell me it helps with a variety of symptoms. I am happy discuss any queries you may have about reflexology before or after a treatment. I treat all ages and aim to help with a wide variety of conditions.

I am a qualified and insured reflexologist and have Full Membership of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR). I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and listed with NHS Choices. I am also a Reflexology Lymph Drainage Therapist.

Since qualifying in 2014, I have completed a number of courses to enhance my skills including Maternity reflexology, Reproductive reflexology, Lymphatic reflexology, Cancer and Palliative care reflexology and Meridian reflexology with Inge Dougans.

I work from my quiet comfortable treatment room based in Southborough and work during the days (school hours) and evenings.
