REIKI
A Reiki session is a very special experience. During the treatment, you will remain dressed and lie comfortably on my massage couch supported by cushions in my beautiful therapy room in my garden here in the heart of Hertfordshire. I will then transmit the Reiki energy to you. Actual hands touch is not necessarily required although I will always ask before treatment if it is ok to lay hands lightly on your body if I feel it would be beneficial to you. Reiki energy is transmitted whilst I hold my hands within 1 to 5 inches above your body in your body’s energy field or aura.Reiki is a very gentle, non-invasive yet powerful method of healing and is often said to feel “transformational”
Sometimes, a treatment can feel like you are floating surrounded by light and warmth, leaving your mind and body re-energised. At other times, the gentle movement of energy moving through you may feel like the flow of cleansing and cooling water. And at other times you may feel an invisible force that helps to dissolve blockages and smooth the flow of your inner energy or Qi.
The Usui Reiki Method of Natural Healing is very safe and the benefits of a treatment can stay with you for quite some time.
