Note: At the moment I only work with women, in my home practice in Woodford (Central Line Access) or Outdoors in Epping Forest (a short walk from Buckhurst Hills Station).

I specialise in supporting clients to heal and transform their mental and physical challenges through a truly holistic and integrative approach:

Combining sound healing, energy healing, spiritual healing, Art Therapy, Yin Yoga, Tapping, Vagus nerve exercises and Rebirthing Breathwork with compassionate counseling, I create a safe and nurturing space for deep inner work.

Through these modalities, I help clients release emotional blockages, restore balance, and reconnect with their true selves.

I also offer Ecotherapy sessions in Epping Forest & Highams Park, which include walk and talk counselling, deepening connection with Mother Nature, grounding and releasing practices, guided meditations, herbal ceremonial drinks (unique to each client), as well as energy clearing.
