Patta Cake Baby Massage & Yoga (Online and In-Person)

About me

Welcome! My name is Nikkita McCutcheon, Dip. Infant Massage and I am a qualified Baby / Infant Massage and Yoga Instructor with over 7 years teaching experience.

My mission is to reach as many parents and babies as possible to give them love, support and techniques to soothe and settle their babies using positive loving touch during a time when many feel overwhelmed, isolated and powerless.

I teach parents how to massage their baby and ease common ailments like constipation, trapped wind, colic and more. We talk all about the many benefits of baby massage, learning the leg and tummy routine. Whether you want to learn with a group of mums or dads... or on your own, I can help!

Learn from the comfort of your own home via zoom!

  • Do you feel isolated, helpless and lonely?
  • Is your baby suffering from colic, constipation or teething?
  • Are you struggling to bond?

If you answered yes to any of these, please get in touch - I can help - click here to send me an email.

It doesn't matter how far away you live from me, you can join me via Zoom and experience the wonderful benefits of Baby Massage and/or Yoga either as part of a group or you can book private classes. Each class lasts around 30-40 minutes and you will learn techniques to soothe, settle, bond and connect with your baby.

Further information

I have two beautiful children, Kane (7) and Joscelin (10) and a very supportive husband, Damien. I am a independent business (just me!) and not part of any Franchise. Both of my children suffered with colic, trapped wind and poor sleep.

I also suffered with postnatal depression and through baby massage, I felt empowered and more confident to be able to respond to their needs. Family is very important to me and I am a true believer that children who are nurtured and receive positive loving touch feel more confident, have better relationships and feel supported and loved.

I usually teach classes in Shepton Mallet, however during lockdown, I have taken my classes online and have been supporting parents from ACROSS THE COUNTRY!

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your GP for advice before starting any new therapies.
