About me

Whether you are looking for new ways to manage stress or anxiety, or exploring ways to support your body on your journey to better health, I am happy to speak with you about how Reflexology could help.

I first trained as a Reflexologist in 1998 and I still love to see my client's reactions to this deeply relaxing and rebalancing treatment. I am fully qualified, insured and committed to ongoing studies that keep my skills up to date and ever evolving.

As well as offering regular Reflexology treatments for health and wellbeing, I have also trained in gentle but effective approaches which allow me to work safely with those who feel quite unwell or are very young or elderly.

Please do get in touch if I can help you.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
