About me

I know what it is like to lack confidence, I know what it is like to feel utterly depressed, and helpless, I learned the hard way. Success may be getting what you want but many successful people are not peaceful.

In my mind peace is even better than happiness. I know how to be at peace, despite currently experiencing many challenging life issues and several family bereavements'.

I am now happier than ever before in my life. I believe peace is key and joy is excited peace which is even better.

It has been a long journey, I hope yours is shorter. Join me and we will work together on your relationships, career, and personal development using Reiki or other alternative therapies to help you to feel safe, loved and loving, free and peaceful.

You may be amazed at the way in which we can reduce the feeling of stress in your life and free you up to enjoy the life you deserve to lead.

Spirituality is an important area of life that many of us at worst dismiss or at least allow to fade into the background. When neglected however it can affect our whole life, even our finances.

I can teach you many techniques to help you to re-engage with your own personal spirituality and restore the balance to your life that brings with it the most important aspect... peace.

I offer a bio-cognitive approach which enables me to help you to understand how your body is your best friend. Respect it, unite it with your mind and it will serve you well. I have many years experience of using technology to assist understanding of how our bodies and mind work.

This is just one of several 5 star reviews that I have had for the therapies I offer.

"A truly amazing therapist! You are not just a client. You are a real person to Nigel, important, worthwhile! He also has an extraordinary background which you can only benefit from and I can’t imagine anyone on the planet being able to care more! He is so there for you. I could say so much more but just please try for yourself and do yourself some good!!"
