About me

I studied reflexology at the Central College in Covent Garden and qualified in 2011. I am a mobile therapist and come to you. I specialise in giving you a relaxing treatment in a quiet and comfortable environment. I am a member of the Association of reflexologists and fully insured. I have volunteered at our local hospice for the last 7 years giving patients reflexology treatments. I have worked in the residential care sector supporting young adults with learning disabilities for the last 32 years.

I believe it is so important to have treatment in a relaxed environment. I can provide calming music and will bring a Lafuma reclining chair to give you complete comfort.

Reflexologists do not claim to cure, diagnose or prescribe. It is a very individual treatment which works holistically.

The benefits of reflexology are that it induces deep relaxation and can release blocked energy flows and improve circulation. It can relieve stress and help the body restore its natural balance.

You may sleep better and also notice a feeling of improved mood and wellbeing. Reflexology can be a helpful way to try to mitigate the increasing stress of day to day life.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
