Further information

I became a mum in 2010 and took a career break from my role as a manager in a stressful busy office at the end of 2011 when one of my twin boys was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy.

In researching different treatments to ease my sons muscle tightness we came across massage therapy and that's when I really became interested in how massage can help with various medical conditions and is not just a beauty treat.

When my twins started school in 2014, I went back to college and retrained as a massage therapist to enable me to be more hands on in providing therapy for my son.  I found the course fascinating and really enjoyed providing massages and seeing how they benefited peoples health.

I have a tranquil treatment room in Haverhill with ample parking available.

I found massaging clients and helping with their health so satisfying I decided to extend the holistic services I offer to and have now gained my ITEC reflexology diploma and completed a Hot and Cold Stone Diploma. I am also planning on continuing my studies and hope to complete a maternity reflexology course later on this year.

To me there is great satisfaction in knowing that my treatments are benefitting peoples health and wellbeing and I love that I am able to work around my two young children. I find giving treatments to be very relaxing and am enjoying my new career

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
