His love of sport and the desire to help people in pain or discomfort get back to full health and in a better shape than they were before they were injured. Whether getting back into a sport or just to lead an active lifestyle, his extensive knowledge in injury prevention/management, treatment and rehabilitation techniques are easily translated into everyday life.

From back pain to old sporting injuries as well as rehabilitation of joints such as knees and elbows, he can help you achieve your personal goals. Nathan has a keen interest in Athletics particularly sprinting, and have competed at county and national level from a young age. He has coached young athletes for many years.

Training, qualifications & experience

Nathan is a qualified Sports therapist and spent three years studying at Coventry University where he gained a first class degree in Sports Therapy.

Nathan is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) the lead body in Sports Therapy.

Since qualifying he has completed in-depth Myofascial massage and Sports Therapy related courses.

FHT is the largest multi-disciplinary therapy organisation in the UK and has been representing holistic, beauty and sports therapists for over 45 years.

There a number of different membership categories (including Fellows, Member, Student, Associate and Non-Practitioner) which are dependent on qualifications and experience.

FHT enforce high professional standards, and all Members, Fellows and Student Members are required to follow a strict Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
