Natasha De Grunwald
I am a professional Thai Yoga Massage teacher & practitioner and a fully qualified Bowen Therapist with over 24 years of experience and an active database of clients. I was one of the pioneers of Thai massage in the UK, and I am the founder and principle tutor with London Institute of Thai Yoga Massage.
I am continuously researching, developing and furthering my approach by learning cutting edge techniques and philosophies, and by increasing my depth of anatomical, energetic and spiritual knowledge. I am always open to new ideas and enjoy learning and developing from others. I have a commitment to providing a multi dimensional and integrative approach to the well-being of my clients.
At the London Institute of Thai Yoga Massage we teach courses and workshops in Thai massage and bodywork. We are the only school in the UK that offers a comprehensive syllabus rich in traditional Thai medical theory and history. This knowledge accompanies the beautiful & effective hands-on techniques we teach and that Thai Massage is known for.
