About me

Sports Therapy is an aspect of healthcare that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.

We treat all kinds of injuries and pain. We do this by using advanced techniques such as deep tissue massage and frictions, taping and strapping, vertebral mobilisations, muscle energy techniques, trigger point therapy and bio-mechanical assessments.

We specialise in treating sciatica, low back pain, ITB syndrome, ligament sprains, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, postural pain and hip pain.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold a BSc with Honours in Sports Therapy and graduated from Coventry University in 2010. I also have updated knowledge in anatomy and physiology, spinal manipulation and bio-mechanical gait analysis.

I have 5 years of experience working as a Sports Therapist and have previously worked in a busy clinic environment correcting people's alignment issues and providing sports massage.
