Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists
The association of registered colon hydrotherapists (ARCH) is an organisation which promotes high standards of training and professionalism in all registered colleges and practitioners.
Institutions who are registered with ARCH must have highly trained teaching staff, valid insurance, and are subject to inspection of premises and external auditing to ensure good standards are maintained in all areas.
Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council
CNHC is the UK regulator for complementary healthcare practitioners. Its key function is to enhance public protection by setting standards for registration with CNHC.
Members must abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics and hold current professional indemnity insurance.
Accredited register membership
Accredited Register Scheme
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
