About me

Reflexology is a complementary therapy based on the belief that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands which are believed to correspond to all organs and parts of the body. Reflexology works on an individual basis and may alleviate and improve symptoms such as everyday stress and tension.

Reflexology can be a wonderfully relaxing experience where you can take time out from everyday pressures. The therapist’s expert touch will help you relax which can help improve mood, aid sleep and relieve tension. The result is an overall sense of wellbeing.

Benefits of Reflexology

• Increased relaxation

• Release of tension

• Improved sleep

• Improved mood

• Increased well being

I am really passionate about reflexology and the benefits my clients get from it. I have experienced first-hand the positive effects of the treatment and it was this that led me to train for the diploma.

Training, qualifications & experience

I gained my Level 3 Diploma at the London School of Reflexology under the tuition of Louise Keet, PGCE MAR. I then went on to gain diploma certificates in Pre-conceptual care, pregnancy and post-natal reflexology and spinal reflexology.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
