About me

Healing Touch for the Mind, Body, and Spirit

As a dedicated healer, I offer transformative bodywork that nurtures not only your physical well-being but also your inner balance and spiritual connection. With years of training across a variety of modalities—including Holistic Bodywork, Traditional Thai Yoga, Deep Tissue Massage, and Lomi Lomi—I blend ancient healing traditions with modern therapeutic techniques to create a deeply restorative experience.

My practice is informed by both Eastern and Western wisdom, honoring the flow of energy in the body while addressing physical tension, emotional blockages, and the need for deeper spiritual alignment. Trained by international masters, my approach is intuitive, mindful, and tailored to your unique journey of healing.

Whether you're seeking to release stored emotional tension, unlock your hips and energy flow, or simply reconnect with your true essence, my sessions offer a sacred space for deep restoration, clarity, and renewal.

Come experience healing that nurtures your soul and empowers your body.

Preparing for Your Therapeutic Massage at Home
To help you receive the full benefit of your treatment, here’s how to prepare for your in-home massage session:

Set the Space
Please ensure there is enough clear space—2 m x 2m —for me to safely set up the massage table. A quiet, comfortable environment helps support deep relaxation and healing.

Your Wellbeing Comes First
Before your appointment, take a moment to consider any health conditions or contraindications that may affect your ability to receive massage. If you're unsure, I’m happy to discuss this with you.

Get in Touch Easily

You can reach me by phone, email, text, or mobile to schedule your session. I’m here to make the process as smooth and accessible as possible.

Personalized to You

We’ll confirm a time that works for you and talk through your goals, preferences, and the ideal length and style of massage. Your session will be tailored to your individual needs.

Towels for Comfort

Please have a bath towel and a hand towel available. These may be used during your treatment for added comfort and support.

Relaxation Begins with Breath

During the massage, allow yourself to settle in. I may offer gentle breathing guidance to help deepen your relaxation and enhance the therapeutic effects.

Caring for Your Body After

Following your session, I’ll provide thoughtful aftercare advice to support your body’s natural recovery and maintain the benefits of your treatment.

Together, we'll create a safe, restorative space for your body and mind to unwind.
