About me

I have a great interest in health and have developed knowledge of anatomy and physiology, pathology. I am massage therapist with ITEC level 3 and a qualified nurse (Kings College London). I enjoy providing massage treatments (holistic, deep tissue, pregnancy) as I can see the immediate results through hands on therapy.

I offer a bespoke massage treatments which are decided following an initial consultation so that you receive the very best for your own individual needs.

Treatments are designed to restore balance to mind & body. By reaching deeper layers of muscles, tendons, fascia and ligaments, release and break down adhesions and scar tissue in the muscles caused by long term tension or injury, can help with a huge variety of symptoms including stress relief, headaches, PMT, insomnia, indigestion, low energy, muscular aches and pains.

I am a great believer in clients taking personal responsibility for their own healing process. You will get tailored aftercare advice and health promotion. What happens after you walk out of the treatment is just as important as the treatment itself.
