Monica Brusik Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Tui Na massage, Usui Reiki
Traditional medicine was always the first option in my family. Both of my grandmothers knew the power of plant medicine, energy healing, crystals, lunar cycles, and seasons. If I only knew to write it all down. My parents were also conscious of the importance of a clean diet, purified water, nutritional supplements, modern health technologies as well as traditional yogic practices. Later in life, I realised that these influences laid the foundation of my practice in sharing the knowledge and experience of self improvement and wellbeing, thus continuing my family tradition.
Training, qualifications & experience
I graduated from the University of Westminster in London, with a diploma in Qi Gong Tui Na (Chinese Massage) in 2012. I have also completed a BSc degree in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in 2013 and an MSc degree in Chinese Herbal Medicine in 2016. Followed by Japanese 'Toyohari' Acupuncture studies in 2019, which is mainly a non-invasive pain-free form of acupuncture. My most recent studies included Shamanic and Usui Reiki traditions (2021).
