About me

I am an Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master/Teacher. Trained by Elizabeth Harley, starting in 2006 and completing my Master/Teacher course in 2011. I have integrated Reiki into my life and live by the Reiki principles...."Just for today...".

Reiki is an ancient healing therapy believed to have originated in Tibet. Brought back into conscious awareness and developed by Mikao Usui in Japan early in the 20th century. Reiki pronounced 'Ray-key' means Universal Life Force Energy, is a gentle energy that can be safely used by any age. Reiki is drawn by the recipient and goes exactly where it is needed. It complements traditional medicine but is not a replacement and should you have any health concerns then please discuss these with your medical practitioner.

I offer Reiki in my newly refurbished therapy room in the Bridge of Don or in the privacy of your own home. Don't worry if you are limited for space; Reiki can be performed seated if necessary. Sessions last 30 to 60 minutes. Initial treatments include a free of charge consultation which takes approximately 15 minutes.
