Mobile sports massage therapist visiting you in your home only - covering East London, Essex and parts of Kent, please check my website for all areas covered.

I offer a complete service from the initial assessment of your posture and gait, sports massage using a variety of techniques such as soft tissue release, myofascial release and neuromuscular technique, PNF stretching, tailored exercise programmes and aftercare advice. I have a background in the fitness industry with a BSc in Fitness and Health as well as my sports massage qualification so can ensure you get a complete programme for your specific needs.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • VTCT sports Massage level 4 certificate.
  • 2:2 BSc (hons) Fitness and Health
  • Mental Health in Exercise level 4 qualification.
  • Personal Trainer qualification
  • Gym Instructor qualification
  • GP Referral qualification
  • Exercise to Music qualification
  • Older Adults qualification.

Please note that the first booking for Sports Massage is always an hour and half to allow for the initial longer first full assessment.

30 minutes £30 (only available in E16 and E6 postcodes)

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 7pm. Please note I need a minimum of 24 hours notice for bookings.
