About me

Hello, My name's Michelle and I'm an experienced, integrative complementary therapist with a holistic approach to somatic (body) and psychological (mind) difficulties or issues.

I use a combination of holistic, complementary, psychological and psychotherapy practices depending on what you bring to the sessions that you would like therapy for.

I take a view of you as a whole person rather than just the parts of you and after an initial consultation in our first session, we will work together to devise a treatment package that suits you.

Whether you are looking solely for deep relaxation and stress free body work through massage and/or reflexology; or open to exploring mndfulness and/or meditation to bring balance and calm to a busy mind; or just wanting a reiki session to align your inner and outer self, you and I will work collaboratively to help achieve these aims.

Deep relaxation and calming massage techniques I offer can restore and refresh your ability to cope with life's challenges.

It's never too late to start investing in you so give me a call today to take your first step in self-care.

Thanks for taking the time to stop by and read my profile, I look forward to talking to you soon.

Training, qualifications & experience

I hold qualifications in: Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Mindfulness (DBT) and Meditation.

I have over 12 years of experience in the complementary therapies I offer and I'm a registered FHT member, PVG holder and I'm fully Insured.

I attend regular CPD events to keep my knowledge up to date and fresh and because I love to learn new things and to meet new people.

Please note: All sessions must be paid for in advance of the treatment before a booking can be confirmed.

The bed I use is static, single bed sized and might be unsuitable for clients with: mobility issues (getting on and off the bed and turning over) or heavily muscled clients so please bear this in mind when booking a treatment.

The style of massage I offer is relaxing and aromatherapy based and unlikely to be suitable for clients requiring intensive, sports massage.
