My business provides yoga for all ages from babies, children, teens to adults and seniors in a group, in the workplace, at schools and nurseries or on a individual basis.
I help your to restore balance in your life on a physical and emotional level. All my classes include mindfulness and deep relaxation as well as breathing techniques and physical strengthening and stretching postures. Helping to improve core strength, back, shoulder and neck aches, balance, co-ordination, concentration, digestion. stress and anxiety.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have practised Yoga for over 20 years and have been teaching since 2008
I teach a combination of Hatha, Ashtanga, Dru and Pilates and also Pre & Postnatal Yoga, Baby & Children's Yoga, Baby Massage and Pilates.
I am also hold PTTLS Level 4 and am an Approved Trainer with IICT to provide Baby & Children's Yoga Teacher Training.

Baby Yoga £5 payable half term in advance

Nurseries, Schools and offices Minimum £45 (price varies depending on number of sessions)
My classes are informal and fun and I promote the feel good factor and bonding between groups.
