About us

I am a fully qualified reflexologist and facial reflexologist, having trained at the London School of Reflexology and I am a member of the AoR (Association of Reflexologists).

I am formally trained to assist people who are suffering from the daily strains and stresses of life. These can range from anything between pre-wedding nerves and exams to more serious anxieties that can make our lives less manageable including panic attacks, lack of motivation and depression. All these emotional and physical issues prevent us from being happy and fulfilled in our world. This is why reflexology is so wonderful as it can readdress the balance, helping us achieve optimal health and regain confidence and vitality. It is my wish to help people let go of the past and move forward into a positive, bright and fulfilling future.

Treatment for the whole person

My clients are treated to a bespoke and relaxing experience, using an holistic approach, to develop a treatment plan that takes into account both the physical and emotional factors that may be affecting their overall well-being.

My approach considers the person as a whole rather than focusing on symptoms alone.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
