naturally increases vitality and your body energy. Reiki means "Universal life force energy'' and it is beneficial for any type of physical, emotional, mental or spiritual disorders. Reiki is a safe non-invasive therapy that can be used without fear of any side-effects or overdose. It may be used with confidence alongside conventional medication or natural remedies because it acts in a complementary way.

Emotional Freedom Technique is used for:

* Anger * Anxiety * Depression * Blocked grief * Exam nerves* Fear* Addictions * Panic attacks * Phobias * Relationship issues * Chronic pain * Smoking * Weight and * Eating disorders.

EFT is based on the premise that your body can hold negative emotions, traumas and tension in certain organs and places. If not released, they can cause blockages in the body's energy system and eventually lead to illness, pain or emotional imbalances. By tapping with fingers on certain acupuncture points on the face, torso and hand while tuning into the problem in your mind these negative emotions and unwanted habits can be released.

Reflexology is a non-invasive and safe therapy, which is used by people suffering from:

* Backaches * Headaches * Neck and shoulder problems * Joint problems * Fertility issues * Hormonal imbalances * Menopausal symptoms * Digestive disorders * Allergies * Respiratory problems *  Poor blood or lymphatic circulation * Disturbed sleep * Sports injuries * Stress * Anxiety * Depression * Mood swings * Pre and post operative recovery and much more.

Apart from working on certain reflex areas on feet and hands mirroring the whole body, reflexology is great for relaxation.
