About me

Experienced, registered Bowen therapist and Homeopath providing a caring and professional service in Whitstable; a convenient location for the whole of East Kent.

Both therapies are suitable and safe for all ages from new borns to the elderly.

Bowen Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive, hands on remedial therapy.  Most people seek Bowen for help with short or long term musculoskeletal pain, although it can also help those suffering from other complaints such as headaches, respiratory difficulties and sleep issues.  Treatment is usually pleasant to receive and can be administered through loose, light clothing.  If lying on a treatment couch is uncomfortable, treatment can be given seated.

Homeopathy can help with many issues from acute illness or injury through to chronic long term conditions.  Physical, mental and emotional problems can be addressed and during the consultation process information is gathered at all these levels.
Bach flower essences can also be given where indicated or requested.  These focus on the mental and emotional state of the person.
