About me

Luke runs a a brand new weekly sports massage clinic out of the delightful Benk + Bo every Thursday afternoon and evenings ( 5 minutes from London Liverpool Street and even closer to Aldgate Underground Station, Luke is ideally located between Shoreditch and The City, surrounded by multiple underground lines as well as national rail connections.

Before becoming a soft tissue therapist Luke had been a professional dancer for almost 10 years. He understands how is feels for dancers and performers to not feel fully confident that their therapists understands what they were up to get that niggle or why they feel so achy.

Training, qualifications & experience

Luke's journey from focusing on what the body can do as a dancer to how is does it, began when he trained to become a yoga teacher in 2014 - he has taught Vinyasa Yoga consistently since.

His curiosity only grew and in 2017 he began part-time study of an integrated Masters of Osteopathic Medicine at the University College of Osteopathy.

Whilst his studies to become an Osteopath are on going, Luke completed a Level 5 BTEC in Sports and Remedial Massage at the London School of Sports Massage in summer 2018.
