About me

Female Sports Massage Therapist & Personal Trainer based in Skipton, North Yorkshire. Offering a wealth experience, working with Professional Sports people to every day athletes.

Following on from my studies at Loughborough University in BSc Sports & Exercise Science and my love of exercise & outdoors, I have pursued a career as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist.

I've travelled extensively with Pro Cycling Teams on training camps and races, whilst also supporting every day athletes on multi day events. Helping athletes stay injury free!

I understand life is busy, and fitness goals can get lost on to-do lists with careers, family, socialising, and the general rat race, but my sessions are structured to get the most out of your time with me as I know how precious it can be!

I'm a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and a Level 3 Personal Trainer. Fully insured with Balens.
