About me

My name is Lucy Day and I am a Level 3 ITEC Diploma Qualified Massage Therapist with qualifications in Body Massage, Deep Tissue - Remedial Massage, Sports Massage and On-Site Seated Massage.

I am based in Exmouth (EX8) and work in all surrounding areas - including; Exeter, Topsham, Lympstone, Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth and offer both in-clinic and in-home mobile massage for convenience.  My clinic opens Mondays to Fridays (weekend enquiries welcome too though).

If you would prefer a treatment in the privacy of your own home, then I also offer in-home massage treatments.  Please contact me to book in your consultation and we can discuss the best massage therapy treatment for your needs.

We all know how the pressures of work, parenthood, athletic training and poor posture can leave your body tired, tense and performing sub-optimally.  As a mother of two myself and a business owner who is married to an insomniac athlete who travels the world, I can understand first-hand how massage can benefit performance, promote well-being, reduce tension and improve sleep!

I aim to deliver a bespoke treatment to every client which we establish together through an initial consultancy.  My passion is delivering treatments that actually promote well-being, reduce stress & anxiety, muscular tension, help with rehabilitation and optimise performance.

So, whether you need help with muscular aches & pains, anxiety & depression, rehabilitation, recovery or injury, want to optimise sports performance, or you’d simply like to relax, then my massage therapies can help.

Training, qualifications & experience

Level 3 ITEC Diploma Body Massage and Level 3 Diploma Sports Massage Therapy.

I am fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to provide massage treatments to all ages across many professions including entrepreneurs, parents, expected mothers (seated), international-level athletes (obstacle course racing), triathletes, runners, gym goers, footballers and desk-bound office professionals.
