My name is Lucy Day and I am a Level 3 ITEC Diploma Qualified Massage Therapist with qualifications in Body Massage, Remedial Massage, Sports Massage and On-Site Seated Massage.
I am based in Exmouth (EX8) and offer both in-clinic and in-home massage services. My clinic is open on Tuesdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm and is based inside the Headlines Salon on Brixington Parade, Exmouth.
If you would prefer a treatment in the privacy of your own home, then I also offer in-home massage services. Please contact me to book in your consultation and we can discuss the best massage therapy treatment for your needs.
We all know how the pressures of work, parenthood, athletic training and poor posture can leave your body tired, tense and performing sub-optimally. As a mother of two myself and a business owner who is married to an insomniac athlete who travels the world, I can understand first-hand how massage can benefit performance, promote wellbeing, reduce tension and improve sleep!
I aim to deliver a bespoke treatment to every client which we establish together through an initial consultancy. My passion is delivering treatments that actually help with rehabilitation, promote wellbeing, reduce stress and optimise performance.
So, whether you need help with pain, rehabilitation, recovery or injury, want to optimise sports performance, or you’d simply like to relax, then my massage therapies can help.
