I became interested in Reflexology because of the benefits of improving health, aiding relaxation and improve sleep. Reflexology is a non invasive treatment which has a range of benefits applying pressure and massage at points applied to parts of the feet or hand relating to the body, it help unblock energy and assist the body into balance to heal itself. Reflexology is a unique therapy assisting people suffering from conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, panic attacks, and other health conditions. I take referrals from other health practitioners as an alternative to help reduce the use of long term pain killers on patients.
