Thank you for looking at my profile. I am a fully Insured qualified Reiki Master/Teacher Practitioner. I first started my Reiki journey in 2005, 13 years ago when I completed my Reiki First Degree course (Shoden). I then went on to complete my Reiki Second degree in 2015 (Okuden). In 2018 I completed my Reiki Master Teacher Course (Shinpidin).
I meditate daily & love the way the energy flows. It is gentle yet powerful, helps relaxation, tension & balance in its own way.
During a Reiki treatment the client remains clothed and lies on a therapy table or sits on a chair and relaxes. Gentle healing music is played along with soft burning candles creating a relaxation environment. The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively, on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation and the whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms. There is no need to try & relax, Reiki will relax you.
After the treatment you may feel in a deep relaxation state, feeling peaceful & re-energised.
