About us

Nathalie has a nurturing attitude and is passionate about helping others to live a healthy life. She is a 500 hour qualified Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist and Teacher, with further training in specific areas of therapeutic yoga. Nathalie has an extensive understanding of how to successfully work with people to improve their health and wellbeing. Her training in massage and bodywork combined with her knowledge of physical activity allows her to really understand the body in order to treat it.

Yoga (YA 500 hour) - including yoga for children and adolescents, MS and ME, stress, anxiety and depression
Personal Trainer (REPS Level 3)

Nathalie has been teaching and practicing since 2009 and has worked in a range of settings including therapy centres, day centres and support groups.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.

Therapies offered


Massage: £30 30 minutes, £45 60 minutes
Yoga: £9 drop in, £40 - £60 1:2:1 or small group
