About me

Hi, I have been a holistic therapist since 2003 & have a tranquil treatment room in Chiswell Green, St. Albans.

I offer the following treatments: Reiki, Deep Tissue Massage, Holistic/Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Eastern Facial Acupressure Massage and Indian Head Massage. I work intuitively and often mix and match treatments and techniques so that my customers get the maximum benefit from their treatment.

As a busy mum of 4 I fully understand that life can sometimes be stressful, my treatments are designed to be soothing & relaxing and will leave you feeling calmer & more balanced. So whether you're a runner with a tight ilio-tibial band, a gardener with a bad back or a stressed out parent ... I guarantee that I have a treatment that will make you feel better! I have a special interest in female hormonal issues such as pre-menstrual tension, menopause & peri-menopause and continue to be amazed at how much women can benefit from just a couple of treatments.

If you would like any further information or would like to make a booking please do get in touch. I also have a network of trusted therapists/professionals that I can refer you on to if I feel that what you require is out of my area of expertise. Thank you for reading!

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
