Linda Formby - Essential Therapies of Helpston
I have been providing Complementary Therapy from my treatment room at home in the village of Helpston since 2011.
My aim is to provide a caring, professional and individually tailored service promoting relaxation, health enhancement and enjoyment for people suffering with anxiety, stress, low energy levels and minor aches and pains. These treatments aim to help the body to heal itself by reducing cortisone levels and releasing endorphins.
I have worked in health care for over 35 years, as a Registered Nurse with the NHS. I find giving holistic therapy very rewarding and have seen many of my clients improve their health and well being.
Testimonial by a clients husband who has been treated with Aromatherapy
" the care and attention given by Linda is exceptional and generates a feeling of well being right from the start.
The effect on my wife’s health has been remarkable, bringing her back to her normal state of mind and body steadily and surely over the period of her treatment.
We are both convinced that Linda’s expertise has been instrumental in my wife’s recovery and an excellent back up to the medical help provided by the NHS." Michael B.
I regularly complete continuing professional development to enhance my skills. I am a Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists and on their accredited register.
My treatments include:-
Aromatherapy - full body massage (and/or face and scalp massage with a clay mask) using Neals Yard Remedies essential oils.
The essential oils used in aromatherapy are derived from concentrated aromatic plant extracts and may have many healing effects on the mind and body.
