About me

Libby trained with the European College of Bowen Studies after spending 20 years in the NHS as a Senior Radiographer. Her move into Bowen was prompted by a need to look more holistically at the body, treating the whole person and not just the 'broken' part.

She regularly attends further training events to update her skills and enhance her Bowen work. These include courses in 'Mindfulness', body reading,a spinal workshop and most recently a treatment assessment workshop.

Libby has also trained in Fascia Bowen-this provides a slightly different approach to Bowen work using the lightest touch. It is an alternative for clients who cannot tolerate standard Bowen work, the very young, frail and those who are in significant pain.
