About me

I am a fully qualified Sports and Remedial massage therapist who provides sports massage for individuals and sports teams and have experience working with a range of clients from Elite athletes to those with disabilities. Sports massage is suitable for everyone regardless of age or ability and can help to:

  • Improve performance, health and wellbeing,
  • Recognise, treat and prevent injuries
  • Speed up recovery
  • Reduce pain
  • Enhance flexibility

I work with each client on an individual basis to remove daily stresses, knots and niggles helping make you fit for sport and fit for life.

BSc (hons) Sports Science

BTEC5 (with Distinction) Sports and Remedial Massage
Advanced Diploma in Sports Massage
Taping and Strapping
Strength and conditioning Coach

Member of the Sports Massage Association as CHNC

£35 for 30 minutes
£50 for 45 minutes
£65 or 60 minutes

Home visit charges apply 5 miles outside of my location


Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm 1 saturday per month

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a therapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.
