About us

We are a multi-disciplinary Practice serving Kendal and the surrounding area, providing Physiotherapy, Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Alexander Technique, Nutritional Therapy and Structural Integration.

We pride ourselves on providing all our patients with lasting relief - not just 'quick fixes' that soon wear off. Our highly qualified and experienced practitioners help all sorts of people ranging from office workers to heavy manual workers; from children and teenagers to retirees; from elite athletes to recreational golfers - and everyone else in-between.

Training, qualifications & experience

Our resident physiotherapists are extensively trained in anatomy, physiology and pathology and are all registered members of the Health Professions Council. This means we have an excellent knowledge of how the body works and are qualified to assess and diagnose the nature of your injury. With up to 30 years experience in the field of Physiotherapy we are confident we have the expertise to help.

All of our complementary Therapists also fully qualified and licensed by their respective professional bodies, and have many years experience in their fields.
