About me

Hi, I'm Kelly, a registered osteopath and massage therapist with over two decades of experience - using both structural and cranial osteopathic approaches.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a great way to relieve occupational and everyday stresses. The focal points and depth of your massafe will always be adjusted in accordance to your personal needs (so no two massage will be the same). You will have ample time to share any preferences that you may have.

Osteopathy For Children

In 2004 I completed specialist training in Paediatric Osteopathy (spending two years training at the Osteopathic Centre for Children - London). This training primarily focused on a cranial osteopathic approach for children across an extensive spectrum of health conditions - from colic to gentic disorders.

Since this time, I have continued to gain huge amounts of experience treating children of all ages and expectant mothers using a this gentle but deep reaching approach.

Get in touch to arrange a cranial osteopathic treatment for your child.

Osteopathy Islington - N1

I run a general practice treating young babies tgrough to adults from two lovely Upper Street Islington (N1) locations. Both of these are situated very close (walking distance) to Angel and Highbury and Islington stations.

  • Neals Yard Remedies - Therapy Rooms: 295 Upper Street, N1

  • Stress related complaints ....and more.

I provide effective treatments for many types of mechanical complaints (even if you haven't yet achieved any success from hands on therapy so far). Treatments with me will always be tailored to your specific prefences and needs.

Integrated Life Coaching

Do you feel emotional stresses are an exacerbating your physical symptoms? This is true for many of us, and so I incorporate life coaching and counselling techniques into my consultations (where required). I can offer you the support you need to overcome your difficulties and minimise the negative impact - both on an emotional and physical level.  I can also help you to better understand the negative impact that stress has on your system.

I'll provide you skilled hands on therapy, alongside a trained listening ear for an integrated, therapeutic and holistic approach. Your overall wellbeing is my central focus.

Further information

I am highly experienced in both structural (traditional) and cranial osteopathic approaches. Combination treatments are available (where warranted).

Cranial Osteopathy

"Best Cranial Osteopathy Services Provider" - Central London 2022. Greater London Enterprise Award Winner.

A cranial osteopathic approach is used to treat young babies and older children. This gentle approach is also highly effective for a number of muscular-skeletal complaints and stress symptoms in adults. It also nicely compliments the structural (traditional) approach when used together.

You are of course encouraged to express any treatment preferences that you may have during your initial consultation with me.

What Clients Say

"Kelly is a brilliant, incisive and compassionate healer. As well as being a fantastic osteopath she has an amazing ability to see the connection between thoughts, emotions and physical well-being. Her Knowledge is great and her diagnosis is always on the money. I see her for back problems and the like, but always leave with my mind and spirit healed as well as my body. I cannot praise or recommend her highly enough." ~ Mike. R

"Kelly is a highly skilled practitioner and she helped me hugely both physically and emotionally during a very difficult time. Kelly is intelligent and perceptive and her kind affable demeanour immediately put me at ease. I still use the meditation techniques she taught me and absolutely love them." ~ Lola. R

"Kelly is such an incredible human being. She always brings me back to balance and grounds me within my body. I first went to see Kelly after my back (that has been a weak spot for years) was in a lot of pain again. She helped me to understand how everything is connected and how emotions are stored in the body. Since then my back has felt much stronger! I have always felt so safe and supported during a treatment. When I leave, the world seems so much lighter and Im full of trust." ~ Ciara. G

"Kelly Loves her profession. She is enthusiastic, very good at connecting with people and treats you with a lot of warmth and respect. I have been treated by osteopaths before, but Kelly is really special. She combines structural and cranial osteopathy and also makes you aware of the self limiting beliefs that are getting in your way. Every time you walk out the practice you feel energetic and your body moves so much better than when you came in. Because Kelly is also a life coach, she is able to put you on the the right track both physically and mentally." ~ Marieke. V
