About me

I am a level 5 qualified massage therapist and qualified reflexologist offering therapeutic treatments. I specialise in Women's Health. I am a member of the Massage Training Institute and Association of Reflexologists.

I specialize in holistic and deep tissue (sports) massage to help you relax and manage problems resulting from stress, injury or postural and lifestyle issues.

I offer hot stones, aromatherapy, Thai foot massage and reflexology.

I work with you to make sure you get the treatment you need to help you feel more at ease and happy in your body.

I am a firm believer in the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy and reflexology having benefitted from them both.

I regularly attend CPD sessions to keep my skills tip top.

I am based in Abergavenny, Monmouthsire. All treatments include a consultation but I am always happy to chat before you book in to go through any queries you may have and discuss how I could help.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Level 4 Diploma in Holistic Massage and a Level 5 Diploma in Remedial and Sports Massage from the Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork.

I am also a trained aromatherapy blending practitioner which means I can use and blend my own aromatherapy oils for use during the massage. I also offer hot stone massage.

I am fully qualified reflexologist having trained at the Cotswold Academy for the ITEC Diploma in reflexology and also trained in Thai foot massage.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
