About me

Menstrual Medicine Circles – menstrual and menopause coaching

I specialise in supporting women during perimenopause and menopause, a time when we are transforming into a beautiful, better version of ourselves. I also work with menstruating women who want to deepen their understanding of their cycles and use this understanding to heal and deepen their joy in being a woman.

A Menstrual Medicine Circle is an embodied, energy medicine process that allows you to safely look beneath the surface at the patterns that guide you. Akin to a Shamanic journey, you’ll find new ‘soul medicine’ that we can then ground into your everyday self-care.

Women come with questions about menopause process, menstrual issues, creative process, how to get unstuck from tricky situations, improve energy levels and more.

Sessions available via Skype, Zoom or in-person in Watford.
