About me
I am a fully qualified, Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner and a member of EFTi International.
As a member of EFTi International, I work to their code of ethics. This framework covers areas such as values and principles of practitioners and is there to protect clients and practitioners.
I also have regular mentoring sessions with a professional, accredited practitioner who adheres to EFTi international’s Code of Ethics in maintaining client confidentiality.

- I regularly use EFT within my counselling practice, working with anxiety, pain, inner child work, phobias and much more.
- As part of my training I have also worked with various different clients of all different age ranges, on weight issues, limiting beliefs, sleep issues, phobias and self confidence.
- I am committed to personal and professional development and attend regular ongoing Continued Professional Development training.

EFT International (EFT International)
EFT International (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a not for profit organisation, commited to promoting and maintaining high professional standards within Emotional Freedom Techniques. All practitioners listed on the website hold appropriate insurance cover and have agreed to abide by the associations Code of Conduct and Ethics. In addition, members are also required to carry out an annual minimum number of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

£70.00 per session
Additional information
EFT sessions are charged at £70 per 60 minute session, or you can book 3 sessions for £195 saving £15, or 6 sessions for £360, saving £60. These sessions do not have to be weekly and can be spread out over a number of weeks/months.
When I work
EFT sessions are available between Monday - Thursday, daytime and evening.
Further information
I offer a free, 30 minute first initial session so that we may determine if we would like to work together. This can be via face to face, online or by telephone.
Stotfold is easily accessible from the A1 and fairly central to most towns. It is 10-15 minutes from Arlesey, Hitchin, Baldock, Letchworth and Stevenage. It is also 10-15 minutes from Henlow and Shefford.
