About me

I work as a Health Coach and EFT Practitioner, and come from a creative background as a professional dancer.

With my passion for movement and fascination with the never-ending possibilities of the human body, my focus eventually shifted to helping women achieve a healthier body and one that they feel good in, so I started working as a strength and conditioning trainer and studied clinical nutrition.

After a few years, I realised that the people who actually maintained their body transformation after the initial 3 to 6 months, were the ones that transformed their mindset as well and were confident in the possibility of their success. That's why I decided to study different techniques that can build and transform the mind, and clear negative emotions which hold you back or sabotage your progress.

At this point I finally understood the importance of awareness when someone is looking for a lasting modification of their lifestyle with more health and less stress. This translates into my work with clients as a style that combines education, coaching and clearing.

My approach is to create awareness for a client in a way that we can start to work through their different challenges together. In this process, different blocks can be cleared along the way.

Therapies offered

single 60 mins session: £75

single 90 mins session: £90

An initial session will always be 90 mins to be able to dig deep into the matter of your challenges. From there we can discuss what kind of follow up would I recommend for you. Rates mentioned here are guidelines for single sessions, and a program can be tailored to your needs for which package prices are available.

Further information

A client will receive some questionnaires before we meet for the first consultation which will provide me with a broad background on their health, stress levels, and sleep, food and activity habits. In the first meeting we will then pinpoint which issues need to be addressed first and/or what a plan of action would look like. This will also allow us to determine how many sessions would be advised. Some problems can be cleared fairly quick, for others it will be a process of different steps.

At the moment I work exclusively online.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
