About me

Since I was a kid, I have always been fascinated of nature's greatest miracle the human body.

Have you ever asked the question: Why is it, there are people who live a healthy and pain free life while so many others are put out to tremendous pain and disorders in their everyday life?

Is it written in our fate? Or is it just a coincidence?

My biggest driver has been to find out the answers to these questions.

After I had qualified as a physical therapist and started my professional carrier I did my best to get to understand the major principles of optimal balance and health which can be found everywhere in the nature. I have treated thousands of different people and spent considerable amount of time paying attention to their behaviour, problems which has led me to the understanding and realisation how substantial the quality of the therapeutic touch is.

The Physical Therapy has emerged from my previous experiences as a professional therapist. This unique method puts the emphasis on the quality of the treatment opposed to the techniques. It is also incorporates the pure and focused attention of the therapist in order to attain the best and long lasting result.

Please do not hesitate get in contact with me if you want to make an appointment or have any further questions. I look forward to hearing from you!

Further information

How Does A Session Look Like?

As your therapist I will ask about your health and discomfort and examine your body (posture, muscles, range of movement) and physical discomfort in order to determine the best treatment. Your session will be from 30-90 min. and will involve therapeutic massage, pressure (trigger) point therapy, joint and muscle mobilization and stretching. The treatment is on a table in a private, heated and relaxing environment. Towels are provided and it's recommended that you wear loose fitting clothing or undergarments. Your modesty and personal comfort is respected at all times. I welcome individuals for whom this is the first time experiencing of medical/sports massage therapy and those familiar with treatments.

If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies, treatments or making any major changes in your diet or exercise programme.
