I am also a qualified nutritionist, currently working part time with the NHS as a Health & Wellbeing coach. I do work privately offering nutritional therapy which aims to help clients learn how to eat well and improve their health without giving up great food. We focus on meal planning, nutrition education, lifestyle coaching and food therapy to help you reach and maintain your goals.

My passion is to educate clients on the role nutrition plays, recognizing the importance that people take charge of their health, physically, mentally and emotionally.

You can contact the therapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
